I'm afraid those codes don't tell me what this part is, or who made your door. That said we carry a ton of screen door rollers and I'm confident we can get you a match. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the diameter and thickness of this wheel? Can you also tell me the inner diameter?

The white plastic wheel is one inch in diameter and 1/4 inch thick. It has a metal center 7/32 inch in diameter. It has a V or a U on the edge at the outer diameter so that the wheel rides on a metal ridge.

Thank you very much. We have two wheels that may be worth considering: our 84-017 and 84-057. Look these over and see if you could use either one to repair your screen door.
