Patio screen door corner

Contractor from Stamford, CT
I'm working on a project which included re-screening 3 sliding patio doors. One of the doors(4'x8') fell apart as I took the screen off. I salvaged 2 pieces (pictured). I can't seem to find this exact size anywhere. I'm hoping you can help.

Each leg of the corner is 3" long X 1" wide X 3/8" thick. The rollers are not part of the corners.

The closest match we have is our 95-020 , but this is 1-1/8" wide while yours is 1" wide. I'm not sure if it can work. Also take a look at our 84-011 or the 84-073. You might need to replace yours with this type. What are your thoughts?

1 1/8" will not work. It is a very tight fit.
I decided to have the corners fabricated by a metal shop. The corners he made out of 3/8" aluminum plate were 1/64" too big and they would not fit in the frame. He sanded them down to the right size and now I have a screen door again. It cost me $60 for the set of four. Well worth it since a new custom door would be over $300
Thanks for your time and effort.
