Patio slider door handle

Question

Door handle broken near the bottom. Under the lower screw is a crack. Trying to identify the part number and find a replacement door handle.

We don't have this exact handle set but you could consider our 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. Look over our dimensions and see what you think.
