Patio slider door handle

We don't sell this exact handle set, but you may be able to use our 82-030 as an alternative. This interacts with the same type of mortise lock as what your door should have already and has a 3-15/16" hole spacing. You said yours is 4", but I recommend double checking to be safe. It's very likely going to be 3-15/16". Make sure to measure center-to-center.

It doesn't come with a key lock but you can purchase the 82-310 separately.
