When we slide the door to open the sliding glass door lifts up on one side by 3/4 to 1 " and does not slide. It is very hard. Try to adjust the roller but not working properly. Not much effect of adjustment.
Need help go dove. Attached is a model number sticker.

Hello,
It sounds like one of your rollers may have seized up and they need to be replaced. We may be able to help but we would need to see photos of the original roller assembly uninstalled, along with written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
