Patio sliding door handle

Question

We are trying to replace our handle to our patio door. We know that it is 4 15/16 as we have taken it to several places to find a handle. The lock on the door is built into the handle and not sure if that will make a difference but just need to replace with whatever will work. Do we need more than the handle? Will we need to purchase a lock plate too? The inner lock cartridge on the door moves up and down but I don't see how it will come out.
