Patio sliding door handle

I need a replacement patio sliding door handle.
The distance between the two screws holding the inside and outside both handle is 4".The measurement between the hole for outside and inside lock 1 1/2. The unit has a key lock from outside and a manual lock from inside. The latch is functioning perfect, only I need a inside and outside unit.

Based on your photos, I believe you can use our 82-086 handle set as a replacement. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
