Patio sliding door handle

Looking to identify and replace broken patio sliding door handle. Was purchased from United Door and Window about 5-6 years ago. haven't been able to find model number but happy to look again if anyone knows where it is located.

If you could show us the inside handle and confirm the distance between the mounting holes, measured from center to center, we can go from there. Thank you!

Here is the interior handle. The mounting holes are 3 and 15/16 inches apart.
