Patio sliding door handle

Question

Can you help identify a replacement handle for the patio door in the attached photos?  I need the handle to work with the existing lock mortise if possible. The door thickness is 1-3/4".  The lock mortise measures 3/4"w x 6" long.  The screws that hold the broken handle are 3-15/16" on center.

Your mortise lock appears to be the 82-227 5-3/8" Mortise Lock but it looks like it may have been modified to fit the door. The space where the mortise installs looks like it has an installation in the hole at the bottom that would accommodate the installation spacing for a longer faceplate. Can you confirm?
