Patio sliding door handle replacement

The latch on the door handle is broken. I need to replace it - door is 25 years old, so I just need something that I can use as replacement handle. Can you help me with the correct part please?

Hello there! The handle set looks just like the 82-086. Please compare. For a mortise lock, see the 82-226. Let me know fi you have further questions.

Thank you. Do I buy both pieces and just unscrew what I have and screw the new pieces in? I really appreciate your help.
