Patio sliding door lock/handle set

Home Owner from Fayetteville, NC
My house was built around 1969. The patio door handles/plates broke and came off. I've looked for manufacturer's sticker but only found a safety sticker I think. Photo of lock plate on outside is missing handle. That got thrown out. Front photo shows slider that goes up and down to lock/unlock with hook sliding into slot that is attached to door frame (see close up photo). Distance between center screw holes is approx 6 5/8". Length of plate (inside anyway) about 7" and width 1 3/8". The slot where the lock hook slides into isn't really mortised into the door frame but there is a slot cut out where it fits through and screws into the inner frame. If I could find a replacement that was close to the same dimensions and had a similar locking device I could probably make it work.

Thanks for posting. I am afraid this particular handle set is no longer available. We have a substitute option, our 82-036. You may have to enlarge the holes in the door to accept the screw bosses in the exterior handle. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
