Patio sliding door roller replacement

Hi, I am posting the image of the original roller on my Patio sliding door. It is a single roller with approximately 1'' diameter. I tried to replace the roller with a D-1735 ( with 1-1/4'' dia) double roller assemblies. Eventhough it fits in the door very well, I am not being able to place the door back. There is not enough room to lift the door and put the rollers in the rail. Looks like I need a smaller diameter rollers. Can you suggest equivalent of the one posted in the picture. In the original roller there is nothing mentioned except the number 41781.
