Don't know the maker and there are no markings on the cranks.

Thanks for the quick response. And your how-to video was helpful. The dimensions seem to be fine, however my window cranks are white, is the 39-025 crank the same? I assume you have the white in stock. The cranks are all on the right side of the window so I assume I need the left crank, correct? Also, seems most of the problems are around where the shoulder bolt washer is used to connect the crank to the window works. Is that part number 33-206? And is 33-081 the correct screw for the shoulder bolt washer? I should replace them all since it appears the previous owner repaired that attachment with a machine screw and nut.
Thanks again for your help,
Rick

Yes, both the 39-025 and 39-026 are available in white. You can see all color options on their respective store pages.
As for which side you need, I can't tell you for sure. These aren't really defined as "left" or "right" since every manufacturer, customer, and handyman from here to the west coast has a different idea of how orientation is defined. My advice is to go by the physical design; specifically, which side the handle is on, which way the bottom screw tab faces, etc. It's a lot more reliable.
Lastly, both the 33-206 washer and 33-081 screw are designed to be compatible with these operators, yes.
