Patriot Single Hung Series 2000 Windows

Question

Wanting to check that I've got the right window series according to the label & need to know which type spiral balances theses are & are they still available to buy? What are the others parts I would need to make these window lift/hold/close properly again?

I'm afraid I can't tell what your balance is based on this picture. What is the diameter of the outer tube? If it's 3/8", I recommend our Series 900 spiral balance. If it's 5/8" or 9/16", I recommend our Series 600 instead.

As for what other hardware you need, it really depends on what's broken in your window now. If nothing else is broken, you can reuse your existing hardware with the new balances.
