Patriot Vinyl Window Tilt Latch Pair

Having a hard time uploading the photos! Need a pair of tilt latches that will fit a Patriot Vinyl Windows Tilt latches.

Ryan Homes in the North/South Carolina area installed these Patriot windows in Dominion Bridge in Fort Mill, SC. My home was built in 2007

Note - These tilt latches are spring loaded. When removing the old broken latches brittle clear plastic underside covers discintegrated. Can you track this without the photos? Please confirm, Thanks - Ken 

Already contacted, put the order in and received the right and left latch. Perfect fit.
