I need parts from what I am told is a Patriot window, 20 years old:
1) The tilt latches.
2) The pivot bar. This is riveted with one rivet. The protruding area looks like a "u" channel.
3) Perhaps, the balances. They are cracked at the bottom but to work.
Thank you.

Thank you for posting! I see you uploaded a picture of the tilt latch, but I don't see the rest of the hardware. Can you send me some pictures of the balances and pivot bars, as well?
As for this tilt latch, can you tell me the distance between its screw holes, center-to-center? Thanks!

Hi Tom,
The tilt latch is about 3 1/16" long, with one hole 3/4" for the end, and the other 2" from that, with the remainder 1/4" from the end. The unit is 1 1/8" wide.
I cannot measure the pivot bar as it is riveted in with one rivet. I will measure from the end to the rivet. They appear to have a "u" shape which protrudes from the end (pictured).
The balances are 30 1/2" overall, with 29 1/2" to the beginning of the lower block (pictured).
Thank you!

Thank you for getting back to us. The tilt latches appear similar to our 26-344, but I'm still not sure about the rest of the hardware. I cannot identify those pivot bars without seeing them removed from the window and knowing detailed dimensions.
The balance appears to be a Tilt Window Spiral Balance, though I can't tell which kind. Check out that link and follow the rest of the steps to determine what Series is best for you.
