Patriot window parts

Question

I'm hoping you can help me. I believe these are patriot windows but not certain. The latches that lock in the windows on the left and right side would not lock. In trying to turn the crank tighter the handle came out of the unit and I can't get them back in. I'm not sure if I need a complete new mechanism with the folding arms or just the cranks? I can also send other pictures.
Any help would be appreciated

I believe your operator could be the 39-083, but I can't tell for certain. Compare its dimensions with yours just to be sure. As for the locks, see if you can adjust the keeper/striker on the sash. That might help.
