Your balance resembles the S795-28 channel balance with a 28C stamp option. This balance comes equipped with the 15-195 1-1/4" T-lock Shoe. 

We do not offer this exact style of tilt latch, but please review the dimensions of the 26-243 and 26-244 latches for possible replacements. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
