Patroit Tile Window

Question

I have a single sash tile Patriot window that has a sash support with a single thin cord that run for the flat metal balance to the top of the window. The cord now has no tension and I do not see any part number on the metal balance. Any idea what model number it is? I don't have a smart phone so I can't send you a picture.

I am afraid with such limited information, we wouldn't know which balance to recommend to you. I see that you mentioned you not having a smart phone to forward any photos to us. Would you happen be able to get in contact with anyone who has a smart phone that may be able to upload some photos of your balance to us? We need to see the hardware in order to know what balance we can suggest to use as a replacement.
