Payson Awning Window Operator

A quick learner from Ohio says:
I am the owner of a 1954 vintage rambler style house which has its original windows. Eight of those windows are awning windows. The window operator for each of the windows was manufactured by Payson. Two of my window operators have failed. Otherwise, the windows are in excellent shape. They are double paned and offer good insulation. This is a link to my Dropbox which has pictures of several functioning Payson window operators in my home along with one which has failed (with dimensions). I disassembled the failed operator so that you can see the parts.

Do you know these operators? Are you able to source them?

I look forward to hearing from you. Your help is much appreciated.

We don't have your exact operator. However, you might be able to retrofit our 39-083. You will also need to purchase the sash bracket to fit your window. Take a look at the 39-170 or 39-177 clip to see which one you need.
