Peach Tree Missing Lock Latch

Good morning,

I recently bought a property which has a PeachTree (Citadel?) sliding glass door. It has an upper and lower locking mechanism which still seems to be in working order, however the door frame is missing the accompanying keepers for the locking modules to connect to. I was wondering if you had access to the replacement parts or would be able to recommend an alternative that would do the job.

Door Markings:
CTGB Tempered
16 OFR 2101 II
SGCC 1921 1/8U

Measurements:
Handle: 9 3/4"
Lock Module: 3 13/16"
Missing Latch Outlines: 2 9/16"
