Peachtree Ariel balances

Question

I don have the 19.25... stamp on my channel, the only numbers on mine are: 2448C on the end the rollers are located. The balances are 20 1/4" long and 1/2" wide. Can you Id what I need based on this info.

I think you might need the 19-1/4-4 option, based on your old stamp of 2448C, but you may want to weigh your sash on a scale just to be 100% sure. We show a chart on the S745-20 store page that lists how much weight each option can support.
