Peachtree Double Hung Window Sash Pivot/Pivot Pin

Dear Reader,

This is what I think is the sash pivot or pivot pin for the Peachtree windows in our den. We built this house and, according to the paperwork, this is a "38 x 510 700 Series Clad Wood Double Hung Standard" Peachtree window

As you can see, this one is broken and its counterpart on the other side is bent. I would like to get both the left and right parts.

Thanks for the feedback. That might fit but I believe I've located the parts via my local handyman. If that is unsuccessful I'll give y'all's product a try.
