Peachtree Non-tilt Window Balance Replacement x 2 Windows

I am looking to replace the balances on 2 identical windows. They are both Peachtree Ali-Class A G2292 Type AE. The inside width of both is 34" and the inside height of both is 69". On the balance, the stamp reads 3672 LK Caldwell. I'm attaching some pictures for reference. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to determine the correct replacement balance systems.

Before I recommend anything for this balance, can you show me an undamaged version? If you can do that, I'd especially like to see a picture of the clip, shoe, or hook that's at the end of the cord. It appears to have broken off in your photos.
