Peachtree balance verification

Hi

These are pics of my balance for a non-tilt Peachtree 34" wide by 29" sash. The balance itself is 26 1/4"" length by 5/8" wide and deep. The sash weighs 21 lbs.

The balance is mounted by a single screw into the sash frame on one end and

slipped into a slot in the sash frame on the opposite end. There is no markings or

code numbers on the balances.

Appears to be a Series 745 25.25-4.

Cost = $14.97 + $2.10 each.

My nylon plug shank is 1" Length x 5/16" dia. and mounted into a hole in the window

frame and secured with a wood screw.

I have more pics if needed.

Please verify my selection especially the fit of the nylon plug.

Many thanks for your correspondence. This Peachtree balance with the 16-027 terminal plug has been shortened to 7/8". The diameter is 5/16", so I am confident that it fit in your frame hole regardless. I see that you selected the S745-26 with a stamp option of 25-4, which is for a sash weighing between 20-25 lbs, so you should be fine.
