Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an intact balance channel and the end fitting fully removed from the jamb liner to compare to our inventory. Please also write out the exact length of the metal channel and include and numbers stamped on it. Thank you!

I tried to remove the mechanized inside of jam but was not able to. I ordered a replacement window and when we take old window out I will take it out when not working about breaking jam, I have 22 other windows so of we can find replacement parts through you i will order some so if anything happens to others I will have parts thank you

Sounds like a plan! We'll be here when you're able to remove the jamb liner to access the original balances.
