Peachtree (or not?)

My windows are about 40 years old. The balances LOOK like a #745, except the plastic anchor fixture looks a bit different (see picture). On the back is marked "2521" (see picture). If this is, in fact, a 745, is it a -3, -4, or a -5? What is the difference?

Thanks for posting. Your balance does look quite similar to Peachtree. Would you be able to give us the length of the balance and sash weight? You can get the sash weight by removing window from sash and place on a scale (a regular bathroom scale will work fine.) Based on that I can recommend a stamp option.

The sash weight is just about 20#. Channel length is 26 1/4".

Thank you. Please look at our S745-26 Peachtree balance with a 25.25-4 stamp option. This will carry a window sash weight range of 20 through and including 25 pounds.
Please keep in mind that the weight range capacity information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate
