I've provided some .jpgs of the roller that I was able to remove from the door. There's another part in the door that I cannot remove. It has the adjustment screw but the screw cannot be removed from the door as the access hole is smaller tahn the head of the screw.

The door is about 22 years old.

Do you have anything like it in stock?

Thanks.

I think you might have the inside of our 81-112 Peachtree roller. Try to compare the outside housing to the 81-112 to see if that is the assembly you need. Send pictures of the outside housing if you need help.

Thanks for your quick reply to my query. Yes, I do believe that the outside housing is still in the door. Question is, how do I remove the outside housing from the door? Must I take the door apart to get to it? You advice is indeed appreciated.

Yes, you will have to remove the bottom rail on the glass door. Be very careful you do not damage the glass. Normally there is a screw in each corner that hold the frame together. Use a block of wood to tap off the bottom.
