Thank you for posting, and for the pictures! Unfortunately, the number 2518 isn't coming up with any results. Is that the number stamped on the metal channel itself? If not, can we please see a picture of it, so that we may better identify what it might be?

Tom. The number 2518 is stamped on the metal of the part. I can't get a picture any better than the ones sent. The black nplastic piece shown seperately is the connection that goes into the top of the window itself. I have an old order placed with Peachtree Co. and their part no. was D3660. Can this be cross referanced in anyway?

UPDATE: this needed balance is now available online.

For a Peachtree window balance with a 3660 window size go to SWISCO product code S745-26 and choose stamp option 25.25-4
