Peachtree window sash mechanism

Need replacement for Peachtree Windows (lower sash). Description on window is:
G4688 All Class A Type AE.

pics above are of top, bottom and spring connection. Length is 32 1/8 inches

Imprinted on mechanism is 3672.

Sash is bottom, 36 in, top 34 in and width 34 in.

Perhaps I can be of assistance. The 32-1/4" Peachtree balance you need for your window is the S745-32. The stamp option will be 31.25-4, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 24 through 28 lbs.
