Peachtree window tilt latch

Question

I have several of these broken throughout the house. The lever that activates the slide mechanism is broke. I think the house was built around 2004. I can't seem to find anything to replace these with, even if I replaced the whole latch with something surface mounted. The distance between the holes are 3". Please help me identify or find a suitable replacement.

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry your exact Peachtree tilt latch. We have not been able to source a replacement for it and are not sure that it is made any longer.

Our best suggestion is to convert your window to one that uses a surface mounted latch; specifically something like our 26-228 and 26-229. Take a look at the video below for instructions on how to convert your window latch to a surface mounted latch.
