Peactree Windows Double Hung non tilt Circa 1992

Question

Window #1 - 34"w+- x 34.5"h+- - Balance is 32.25" Long, .5" Wide. Imprint on Balance "BL 3672 Caldwell" From the post, I see 745 series is my choice. But which one. Pictures attached. I will need 2 balances.

Window #2 - 30.5"w+-x34.5"h+- = Balance is 32.25" Long, .5" Wide. Imprint on the Balance "HL 3672 Caldwell" I'm thinking 745 series again. But which one? I will need 10 of these.

I will also need 1 window latch
and a couple packs of screen retainers

Thanks for posting, Don. I agree about the Series 745 channel balance. or both windows, I recommend our S745-32 channel with a stamp option of 32.25-4. Review this information and let me know if you agree.
