Pear tree hung window plastic cover for locking window

Question

I need two plastic lock covers. It is about 2" long and less than an inch wide with a square opening on the bottom at one end that fits over the square peg in the window. The cover turns to open and lock the windows.

Could we see a photo of this part? It's hard to visualize a lock cover like this, so I'm not sure if this would be something we carry, or if we would need to recommend a whole lock, or something to that effect. Help us figure it out by showing us your hardware.
