Peculiar channel balance

Can you supply the attached window balance? It is 1/2" x 1/2".

Hi Kathy, good to talk to you. I believe you have a Andersen tilt balance for their 200 Series window. It's hard to read the number stamped on the channel, though. It looks like 949 but I'm not sure. Is that correct? Also, is it missing a cord and attaching clip that comes out of the bottom nylon shoe? We would need to see that, if possible.
