Pella 1983 double hung counter balance bolt

On a 1983 pella double hung window the counter balance cord bolt that attaches to each side of the window .the head is ball shaped about 1 1/2 inches long it keeps the window in position.it is designed to tilt Windows in for cleaning .I would like to purchase 4 bolts (wood screw threads)
