Your photos resemble the Pella 39-097 crank. The 39-096 is the opposite-handed version. Review the dimensions below to ensure they match up to yours. I'm afraid the cover for this operator is no longer available, just the 39-109B handle. You will need to reuse your old covers if possible. Let us know if you have any other questions.
