Pella 250 Window Double Hung Balancer and Clip

This is a recently made April 2025 - Pella Double Hung 250 window - parts are from the lower sash standing in the house on the left side - Can you tell me if I could purchase this double coil shoe # 15 and clip and what the part numbers are - the only markings on the shoe was www.amesbury.com  Thanks

Hello,

Your balance resembles an older version of the 15-252 Inverted Universal Dual Support. This support is compatible with the Series 160 coil springs. We also offer the 16-032 mounting bracket used with this assembly but the style differs from yours. Take a look at the attachment points to see if you could install this part in your window jamb if needed. Thanks for posting!
