Hi,

I purchased this door from a Pella employee however it was missing some parts. The most important one is the keeper so that I can lock the door. Can you please let me know if this is something you have.

Let me know if there are different measurements or pictures needed.

Hello! Your handle is very similar to our 82-093, however it's still different enough that I'm not 100% sure. Please look over our specs and see what you think. Take special note of the position of the key lock tail.

Hello, I have the same situation as Bill. I have Pella 250 series. Could you give me the measurement from the top hole to the lock key position.

I got a pella 250 sliding patio door and was wondering if your 92-093 handle works?

I'm afraid I don't have a record of what handle was used on the Pella 250 series. Would it be possible to see a photo of the original handle? That will give me a better idea of what you're working with and whether our 82-093 can work.

It should be noted that Pella hardware is very, very specific. In my experience you can rarely use off-brand parts to replace genuine Pella products. Just something to keep in mind as we move forward with this: the odds of the 82-093 being compatible are low.
