Pella 350 series sliding door - wood interior and vinyl (almond color) exterior

The Pella Series 350 sliding door - I need a replacement part- The exterior handle is a almond color vinyl door handle that needs to be replaced. I can't seem to find an exact color match and part replacement. I have no problem, if I need to replace both the interior and exterior. But the only part that seems to need replacement is the exterior handle only. The door is heavy, so you need to grip that exterior handle when moving the door, thus the wearing over time of the finish on the handle. By the way, I looked for a serial number, but there was no evidence of such a number on that door.
