Pella 6' vinyl sliding patio glass door

Question

This door was purchased ca. 2008 from Lowes.  I can't find any helpful numbers or markings on the door.  I need to replace both roller assemblies and the track.  I have attached photos of the parts with measurements.  Thank you for your assistance.

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 81-158 roller assembly to yours. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below.
