Pella Architect Series Swinging Door lock mechanism

Question

Attached are photos of the door lock mechanism which I removed as we could not get in or out of the door.  The patio door system consists of 1 stationary door, a center door that swings in with the locking mechanism and a 3rd door that can be unlocked and swing in.  The lock system is attached at both ends of the lock with metal strips that move up and down when locking the door, these metal strips move up and down into a metal jam at top and bottom.  Stamped on both sides of the lock is the followng: 50/92.  On the bras plates is says: Made in Portugal. Currently I have tape over the holes in the door on the inside and outside to keep the weather out however, it is not secure.  Pleas advise as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the lockset shown in your photos. In this case, your best bet would be to contact Pella directly. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
