Pella Balance

Hello, I have Pella architect series windows and the cord has snapped there within 20 years old now info on window to tell but need to replace the balance. Can you help ?

Hello,

It sounds like you have Pella sash balances that are a metal box installed in the corners of the window with strings acting as counterbalances down both sides of the jamb. Unfortunately, we do not carry these balances. Your best bet would be to contact Pella directly for assistance. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair!
