Pella Balance Replacement

Balance photos are attached showing the metal sleeve is 24 inches long and the metal failure is in the "jaw" piece section. The failed metal piece section is 3 ½ inches long. Also, window is 23.2 lbs.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, the balance shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an undamaged balance removed from one of your windows, including both ends of the metal channel and a detailed view of the clip at the end of the pulley cord, to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement. Thank you!

The spring is fine, the sleeve is fine, only the end piece that sits inside the jaw is broken. This is a Model 2.

Unfortunately, the internal pulley and spring mechanisms are not available separately. This is why we would need to see an entire, undamaged balance to determine if we carry a suitable replacement for the entire assembly.

One of our customer service representatives mentioned that you confirmed that the entire assembly is shown in your photos. One of our senior experts mentioned that we have seen something similar in the past but unfortunately, it is not something that we are able to supply. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
