The Swisco 15-194 (1 inch closed cam) shoe appears to have the exact same measurements as the shoes in the picture. The Pella channel is recessed and the shoe cam is open on the top to allow the pivot bar to slide into the cam. It does not appear the 15-194 would work in this situation. The Swisco 15-236 appears to have the relief (slot), but is too wide (1 1/4").
Does Swisco have a 1 inch shoe that would work in this situation?

Thanks for writing in! I'm afraid we do not have a 1" T-Lock Balance shoe made to be compatible with the balance channel you have. Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the same style channel you have.
That being said, you'll need to replace the entire balance assembly. I'm happy to provide you with a replacement recommendation for it but I'll need to see the attachment at the top of your existing channel, the stamp from the channel, and I'll need to know the length of it (excluding the attachments).
