Good news! Our inventor manager was able to locate a possible replacement for the pivot shoe shown in your photos. We'll let you know as soon as they are available to view on our website.
As for the balances, the new shoes will be compatible with the S770 but they would need to be custom ordered to have a rivet attached to the top to be installed with an S-clip like the 19-029 or 19-030. We would just need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two, and we'll be happy to send over an order link and price quote once the new shoes are available so that you can purchase them in the same order.

The pivot shoe is listed on our website under product code 15-281. I'll include the product image and dimensions below. They should be available for purchase in the next few weeks.
As for the balance, we'll be happy to send over an order link and price quote but I'd like to confirm that you need 32C stamp options since the second image you provided looks like it might be a 34C stamp. Once we confirm the stamp codes, we'll be able to send over your order link.

The 15-281 does have an open cam to allow the pivot bars to install. The photo below shows the shoe in the unlocked position. The cam would need to be rotated into the locked position to install the pivot bars from above. We haven't heard back from the customer in this thread, but it will remain open in case they have any updates.
