Pella Casement Gear needed

Hi, need this gear replacement. Pella Casment window. " Pella 1 691 " is the code on the glass. Please let me know if the pics and the info are enough. the gear has come apart and no longer operates, or at least barely. If I need to go and remove the gear from the unit and get better pictures please let me know at your earliest. thnx. Dave

Hey, Dave! It definitely sounds like you need new operators. I recommend the 39-176 and 39-175. I feel very confident that these will replace your old hardware.
