See attached photos. We have Pella casement windows throughout the house (built in 1980).
A few of the windows have rubbing or friction issues at the hinge point.
We have reviewed your site for hinge assembly kits, but we do not see the correct item listed.
The attached photos show a 2 pc hinge assembly.
The first is ~4" piece that includes the shoe/wheel assembly at the hinge pivot point.
The second is a 2 screw hole plate that holds the window arm to the opening.
Ideally, we would like to locate and purchase both items.
The most important item appears to be the hoe/wheel assembly at the hinge pivot point.
Please review and reply ASAP.
