Thanks for your inquiry. To help us help you, we need to see a picture of your operator preferably out of the window. We also need the length of the arms and the distance between screw holes center to center.

It sounds like the gears may be stripped out, which unfortunately requires replacement of the full operator. Yours in particular resembles our 39-176, but look it over and see if you agree.
