Pella Casement window.

A handy person from Seattle, WA says:
The glide, or slider, that fits on the end of the crank and connects to the bottom of the window is missing. Because of this we can't open or close the window with the crank. I don't know the exact name of the part. This is the first time I've had to repair one of these windows. Do you have this part?

Hi there!

Based on the design of your track, I suspect you may have either our 39-253LB or 39-253RB operators which use the 39-529 track slider. Compare our dimensions with yours and see what you think.
