Pella Casement window hardware

Does this give enough information to identify the two piece part (one each on the top and the bottom of the window) that includes the 1/2" wide plate that screws to the underside/topside of the window with the plastic slider at the inboard end and the arm that connects to the frame?

I have a feeling the window is binding because the plastic sliders are worn. I've tightened screws and that does not fix the problem. The window is definitely sagging slightly and not closing without lifting and pushing from the outside. There is no obvious way to adjust for this sag. There is definite play in the end at the slider.

Maybe I'm missing something?
